Bulky tounge speech issues

I cant speak flawlessly and no clarity in my speech. is it possible to reduce bulkness of tounge? some starting problem in speech.

Practice talking loudly and stress on the syllables your clarity should improve. Visit a speech therapist they will asses your speech and advise accordingly. Reduction of tongue may not improve the clarity of speech!
