Is any doctor have operate surgery for eagle syndrome/ elongated styloid in ahmedabad ? Need suggestion for internal or external surgery is better and safe ..Perosnllay i do not want to external .. Please suggest and provide feedback.

Any ENT surgeon can do the surgery. It is done internally not external . Your tonsils are removed and deeper to it is the extra bone called styloid process which is removed.
