Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have problem from cold Mox 500mg and contact from since two days. My head is strucked ears are getting hearing is problem

I have cold for 3 days now.. I do not want to take antibiotics so have been doing all the home remedies.. taking steam and tea with ginger,pepper, tulsi patta and honey and having soup. Gargle and with all this I am taking vettumaran pills 2 pills twice a day.. fever is not there but there is congestion in the chest.. please suggest if this is OK? I also took vitamin c pills.

I think my ear is clogged. I'm feeling like this from yesterday. When i was trying to clean it by inserting a pen inside. Just after that i feel that probably some ear wax is causing blockage in my ear canal. How to unclog my ear ? HELP 🙏
