  4. Pain in ear. Again after few days!

Pain in right ear on consuming cold things.. also hearing gets low.. gets fine on taking medicine but happens again after few days

Get your nose checked. It might have some problem. Than get your eustachian tube function checked from an audiologist. We would have a definite diagnosis.
