Swelling in the Lymph Node Area
I've had lymph node swelling problem since 5 days.I checked up with ENT doctor and he asked me to perform ASO/CSO TITRE , USG and FNAC.Serology,immunology except haematology is not okay.My basophil,eosinophils and ESR are 00,00 and 21 respectively.By USG test,Doctor told 'Few subcentimeter lymph nodes in the left side of neck.'Is everything okay ?

Lymph nodes in the neck also known as cervical lymphadenitis is a very common condition which occurs secondary to infections of throat, mouth and skin of the face. Since it is present only since few days it might be just a reactive lymph node. A course of antibiotics is required.
