Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been experiencing pain in one side of the throat and in ear while eating,I can't able to eat even curd rice also because some sores came on the tongue and on the teeth gums.after Woking up the pain is severe,last night I was not able to sleep because of severe ear pain,this is my 5th day and can u old tell me when I am able to eat everything

Air going through my right ear only at some places, iam feeling only when i stay in bangalore at home if i go to any other place iam not feeling so. this problem is there for me since 9 months but i negleted but now i want to know whether it is a problem or not, from past 5 days iam feeling dizziness especially in the evening times

I am.too.much disturbed with my.continuous running of nose,throat itching and eye.irritation.because of I.couldn't concentrate to my work not able to.identify the root cause

In my ear some piece of paper enter more than 10 days gone it tired to check my ear but not seen . sometimes I feel painful in my right ear kindly suggest me what to do

Hello doctor,  I'm suffering from tinnitus for past 8 years...I tried all possibilities but there is no luck.. sometimes ear get blocked and mild water dripping...I stopped medication 6 years ago and continue my normal life.. but whistling sound is irritating me in the quiet place..is there any cure for the tinnitus?
