Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Block from so many days sinuses problem I need solution fast I m barring this from so many years almost 7 years And now it increases .

Discharge from ear in the form of water. Used buds to clean the ear so caused some problem inside the ear.

Few years back...I fell down while playing and got my nose bridge..swollen...and now its swollen...And I want to ask that how can I reduce my swollen nose and get my original nose size and shape..???plz help me...!!

My right ear was paining..after that I have taken pain killer after this I got relief..at night 10:30 I had started paining on my left ear... and it feels like heavy..my both ears feels that there is something inside

I am a female aged 31. 1 week before when my thyroid was tested the readings were T3 - 75, T4- 3.7 and TSH >150. i was having thyroid since a long time back but the maximum TSH rate were 10/20. 1 yr back it came to normal. but this happened for d first time. i normally take thyronorm 50-75mcg(when TSH is above the normal). plz advice on medicine

I am not speak or pronounce many words . I have stammering problem. While reading i get stuck often on many words and words doesn't come out from my throat. I feel embarrassed. I give too much gap between words . That's makes my communication more worst. Please help me.

Yesterday i ate a lot of biryani and from night my throat is burning and now i also have a runny nose and little pain in head and eye.
