I am having a bad throat pain when i am swallowing anything. even if it is Saliva. this seems to increase with Coldness outside. (i have more issues in evening). Pain only occurs while swallowing and not otherwise

Wakeup blood spot in spit
Hi Doctor, Since last few days i am experiencing this. After waking up i see some blood spots mixed with saliva. But after gargle or brush everything vanishes and doesn't come for entire day. This happens only when wakeup in the morning for first 2-3 spits that too with very small amount. Can you help me with this.
