Sir i am 29 year old male.i have a swollen submandibular gland on the left side .its pain less and mobile .recently noticed this.i got ultrasound done and the
reports said reactive lymphadenopathy of submandibular gland.i have been prescribed with amox&potasim clavamate.

Taking care of infection is fine with antibiotics but the cause of the swelling should be investigated. A repeat ultrasound to look for stones and ruling out of dental infections should be done.
