I can feel something round ball by touching it which is not there on left ..i have a scar on buccal mucosa but its almost healed ...no pain ..no bleeding ...not sensitive to cold or hot ...i think it was leaukoplakia with osmf but very early stage ...i am concerned what is happinning in my submandibular area ...pls suggest what i have to do to clear my mind that its not cancerous lymph node ...its not visible by looking ...only i can feel that by finger tip ..not even doctor be able to feel the roundle object inside ...its being 6 to 7 month now its there ...no pain ..no sweeling ...no visible somtime it become small in size and some time big but not enough big so that anyone can notice ...only my finger can feel by touching ..pls help

Leukoplakia is caused by excess use of tobbacco ...in any form ... Kindly stop using it ... Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables ... If the lymph node is too small ... It generally is benign ... To be sure it needs to be examined and ultrasound should be done to assess it
