Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I got a hole in ear which was created 10years back during deepawali crackers.. There was a hissing sound since then. But from last six months, sound increased and disturbs me sometimes. Please help me if there is any permanent cure for my hissing sond in ear..

From last night I have been suffering from severe earache and unable to hear from one of the ear. Looks like ear is full of with wax.
