Im suffering from this since 8 months no. one cure me well all ent doctors said I have nothing and my reports also normal but I thinks that I have congestiion in ear bones and mild dns in left nose due to which vsccun sensation or air flow blockage happens pressure occurs 24 hrs on ear bone interior and head is heavy 24 hours help me plese

Actually I was trying to clean my ear myself by putting water inside it and with a rolled thin paper and now now the problem has arised
