Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, after slept 2-3 hrs feeling something biting in my ear, kindly need your valuable advice for same.

Hi, I meet with an exident one month back, blood came from the right ear, doctor said he will clean ear after 25 days as I was getting pain while cleaning the blood, Now my ear is cleaned but still not as to hear, hearing taste has happened, doctors suggested for a operation, can u help me to understand the effect or any other problems after operation, and how much percentage chance of getting completely OK, or where should I contact for a good treatment, I am attaching the report, please suggest me. Very often bleeding comes from Nose for no reason. A small laser surgery was done long back but still it has not recovered. Suddenly it will bleed a lot then it will stop again after some days it will repeat for no reasons.Slight pain is there in nose. No other problems. Please suggest.
