My MDCT scan of paranasal sinuses reports say I have polypoidal mucosal thickening in the right maxillary and ethmoidal sinuses. polypoidal mucosal thickening in bilateral nasal cavities. deviated nasal septum towards left side with spur formation. hypertrophied nasopharyngel adenoid partially narrowing nasopharyngel airway.what does this mean?
