I have paranasal sinus , inside nose sightly bending. I am suffering last 1 yr. Is there any parmanent solutions for that?

if nasal septum is bent and causing nasal obstruction or recurrent infection in the paranasal sinuses and not responding to the medical treatment..need surgery..
