Throat has been choked badly. It is paining and having some irritation in throat since yesterday have taken azirthromicn500mg but no effect.. please suggest

You might be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type throat infection. You may need to take a course of good antibiotics and painkillers. Anti septic gargle can also be used.

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can do salt water gargling
