Wakeup blood spot in spit
Hi Doctor,
Since last few days i am experiencing this.
After waking up i see some blood spots mixed with saliva. But after gargle or brush everything vanishes and doesn't come for entire day.
This happens only when wakeup in the morning for first 2-3 spits that too with very small amount.
Can you help me with this.
