Eustachian Tube Dysfunction
Suffering From Eustachian Tube Dysfunction From about 2 month went diving 11 feet with open years it's been almost 2 months seen several Ent Doctors Tried Medication Nasal Sprays But none opened my ears it feels like pressure will explode my right ear am having 30-40% hearing loss like sounds like am in well doctors giving me grommet operation

Otitis barotrauma can cause collection fluid in the middle ear which may not subside with routine medication. Last option is to put a ventilation tube (grommet). Since your symptoms are significant you should consider undergoing surgery
