Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

After I pulled out the Q tip, my ear was completely clogged and can barely hear anything. I tried to use Debrox that same day and no effect. Today I went to Urgent Care, the doctor flushed my ear with no results. I now have to schedule to see an ENT! Is there anything they can do? Can you reassure me my hearing loss isn't permanent? I'm in no pain.

I am 56 years old. I have been coughing problem from last 2 to 3 years. Normally its increased in night time. Normally it is getting recovered with medicine but after some time again coming. I am using cough syrup regularly. No issue found in blood test, urine test cough test. Please suggest what would be the best treatment to recover permanently.

I'm facing hearing loss and I've consulted 3 ENT Doctors.. out of 3, 2 ENT Doctors have said its conductive hearing loss due nasal deviation septum suggested an surgery to my nose and another doctor said it might be Otosclerosis who suggested stapedectomy surgery.. Now I'm really confused
