Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been been suffering from throat issues often in the past 3 year.. Often get sore and tight and find difficult to talk. In the last few days i found a lump under the chi i.e below the ears. 2 years back one of the dr from home town asked me to go for endoscopy. Dr advised this can be reflux laryngopharyngitis?.Please advise medicine to take

When i have food or water while swallowing throat is paining and sometimes when I swallow saliva then also paining.can you tell me some remedy.

Hello, i have a small cyst growing behind my right ear. There is no stone or any hard molecule inside it. Its not painful at all and hence i m worried about it being cancerous. Its soft...feels like only water inside it It started with a pimple size and now have grown up to around 1.2 cm and has been two months now Can u please help me and acknowledge with a proper solution for this
