Septoplasty
My doctor advised me septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction. I have headaches after waking up, sleep problems, breathing issues and frequent colds. Does the sugery completely cure my problems? What are the side effects of the surgery? I heard that the turbinates get enlarged again, and surgery will again be needed. Is surgery the only permanent solution? Please see the photos. Is the deviation mild or moderate?

Dear patient as per yr ct scan film it shows that you have mild DNS but u have RT side conchs bullies I.e pneumatic middle turbinate and b/l inferior turbinate hypertrophy. So if u will get it conchoplasty n b/l inferior turbinoplasty then yr breathing will be much better.there is nothing like guarantee in medical science.but I can assure u that after procedure yr routine life will be much comfortable.
