Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am on Augmentin for a sinus infection, today is today 4. I'm 90% better, and want to finish out the course. I'm getting a lot of side effects from Augmentin and want to switch to amoxicillin for the duration of the course. Is that possible? I have vestibular migraines, so I'm very sensitive to anything that can cause nausea, dizziness and etc..

I have running nose and cough almost aĺl d time and doesn't settle fast . I have been taking cough syrup n antibiotic like clavam but after sometym it reappears again

What are the methods for clearing ear wax because of that I am not able hear clearly . Without any operation .

My mom got problem throat as there is swelling.we went to near by hospital and doctor referred some tests. im worried to much whether there is serious problem in throat might result in cancer. i dont know abt this techniacl report and i want to take second opinion from u.  please help and suggest me for ur reference iam attaching two reports please have a look and advice me.

Hello Doctor, I am a professional singer and i keep performing regularly at various events and concerts. My general query is about frequent mucus formation and cold. I had mild Sinus problem. On normal days, mucus keeps on gathering in my throat and then I have to clear it frequently everytime I start to sing or talk. Also, Whenever I get exposed to weather change, i m bound to get cold and then the cold lasts a month, followed by dry cough leading to voice loss which takes another month to recover. Lately, i faced swelling in my throat which took me 2 months to recover from after taking heavy steroids. Now, that I was back on track and was pursuing my regular practice, again this allergic cold has caught me and now I am afraid of the cough and voice loss all over again. Please suggest something to improve my immunity against these regular cold coughs and how too cope with these colds quickly so that my voice doesn't suffer much. Your help is urgently needed.
