Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having pain in right ear from last two days. I have used ear drops (clotrimazole and lignocaine solution), to cure it... but there very little or no improvement.

Pain in right ear on consuming cold things.. also hearing gets low.. gets fine on taking medicine but happens again after few days

Hello my brother is suffering from hearing loss right 83db left 72db Blizteral severe sensory nerve (according to pta). is his is possible to recover it without using hearing aid by surgery or by some other means?

My dad 74 yr old. Recently (week back)cataract done. I see mild swelling on face and when I press no pain as well.
