Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have had a failed tympanoplasty. Doctors told if go for a second time,there's only 50 % chance .what should I do?

In the last couple of hours I've started to get a really bad earache. It felt a bit blocked today but only got sore after I had a shower. I've taken some ibuprofen and then I took some Pandol about half an hour after but it doesn't seem to have made any difference. I ruptured the ear drum 2 years ago. I have to get on a plane in 12hours!!!

I 've been having pain in my left ear since last two days . I was using left ear only during phone calls .

My MDCT scan of paranasal sinuses reports say I have polypoidal mucosal thickening in the right maxillary and ethmoidal sinuses. polypoidal mucosal thickening in bilateral nasal cavities. deviated nasal septum towards left side with spur formation. hypertrophied nasopharyngel adenoid partially narrowing nasopharyngel airway.what does this mean?
