Am unable to hear with my left ear

Yesterday I cleaned my ear with earbuds I observed some dust particles and un know things. then onwards, my ear is blocked and am unable to listen to sounds.I Cleaned my ear with hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) some particles came out of my ear but even though am facing problem in listening and little bit pain of ear.
