Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have got sores in my nose. It looks like a wound from outside. I am having this problem since past 5 months. For the first 2 months it was not there permanently. But now from around two months it is not going away. Scabs form covering the sore, shows indications of healing but then it wont go. If i blow my nose, the scab will go away but not that

Sir my wife suffering from blocked nose since last 20 days. I conslt ent doc for better cure after showing his CT scan he prefers for endoscopy treatment. She also an asthma patient. I can't know how to tackle the prblm. She also can't tk proper breathing last 15 days. Plz share ur suggestions i like to listen ur valuable tips or cmnts
