Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am experiencing head spinning with numbness for last 10 days..it started with a black out after running..I consulted a doctor. He did sugar and bp test and they were found normal..he also checked my ears and found blocking which he cleared..he advised nurogold. Tablets and some ear drops..

I was taking a run 3 days ago. Had headphones on. When I was done, my left ear felt like it was underwater. The hearing was impaired but no ringing. Then I used earwax removal drops and the ringing started. It has stopped the last 3 days. What's going on? Is it permanent?

I do sneeze a lot and due to this I too sometimes suffer from headache.....unnecessary and constant sneezes are usual

I've been having bad breath problem from 6 months. treatment from various hospitals but no cure. I tried ayurveda also for that, lungs x-ray,head x-ray done but no problem is noticied.

I had coughing problem with sneezing and running nose for last 4 months. First I thought that it was a normal cold and went to doctor, he asked me to take a blood test and the result showed that i have dust allergy. And then he prescribed me histafree tablet for one month. For one month i felt good and later when I stopped taking histafree tablet , that problem raised again. And then i went to other doctor and explained everything, he asked me to take xray of chest and nose. Later he said me that i have allergy in nose and because of this allergy a mild block in airway passage had been formed and wheezing is formed. And he prescribed me inhaler and telecast f tablet for 30days. I have been using it for 20days. At present I don't have sneezing problem , but the coughing problem still exist. Using inhaler for this problem is advisable?? Can you help me out? Any suggestions?

I've been suffering from constant sound in ear for past 1 month. And troubles me when iam awake If iam sleeping it does'nt sound.
