Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir, Its been almost more than 3 months I am feeling something is not correct with my ears.. Consulted an ENT near my residence but no improvement.. Sometime there's small sound inside and also popping sound on movement of jaws. Also I feel I face difficulty in understanding few words of speaker. There's no mild pain but it is very irritating.

Since yesterday have a constant feeling something is stuck in throat Tried to do everything but it still remains same

Ear is paining... Consciously was scratching ear wax, but may be I overdid it...I think there is little swelling as well

She has a small ear outside but there is no canal in the ear. She has this problem by birth. After her birth we visited to doctor to discuss this issue but they advised surgery can be done after 6-7 yrs

My mother (60 years) is having severe throat irritation always for the past 6-7 months and we've consulted about 5 doctors and all of them are saying that there is no issue in her throat, even then the problem persist. when i googled for the possible reasons few mediclaim pages suggested it to be laryngitis. could the remedies be shared?
