Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Having pain on right side of throat. Immense pain when swallowing food and even while swallowing saliva. Having inconsistent fever.

I have had cough for more than 2 weeks. The throat is itchy and increases during the night. It started two weeks back with fever. The temperature is gone now but the throat issue still persisting.

I have a really sore hard lump behind my left earlobe that's hurts to touch and even to turn my head. No redness the lump is flesh colour and is about 1.5cm long.

I have been battling a cocaine addiction for the last year. 3 days ago I discovered a hole in my nose. I immediately stopped taking cocaine (I literally emptied the bag in to the toilet). I've spent hours crying. Will it keep getting bigger. What do I do?

My nose is little big not shape and its kind a small ball shaped one can we do something to get a perfect shape nose

I have been suffering from this problem since a month, all of sudden I will start getting sneezing,running nose, eye itching, nasal irritation. There is no fever or headache during this situation. I will take steam and some hot water , it will give a little relief but that doesn't cure completely. After few hours/morning time/m it will start again.

I have chest congestion because of mucus.having shortness of breath,not getting full air inside,need to take long breaths(but not getting it easily),it happen before also but without mucus or cold.i do not and smoke drink occasionally(thrice current month).

I am not able to hear anything from my right ear. it is filled or some waste. I can listen from that ear but not much. the ear is closed from 1 week and it happened many times that it gets close. I think there is so much waste in there.

Hi Sir/Mam I had viral for a week, suddenly my ear wax popped up and later on i felt dizziness, hearing loss,Vertigo. I checked with dr, he admitted me gave me some antibiotic and vertin 16 mg, but the problem is still the same..could you please tell me that is that ear infection or something else ?

Both ear paining cannot ear properly i have uploaded an x ray result so pls help me out i have not taken any medication
