Ear pain after swimming.

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I feel ear pain in my ear when close breath and push. Earlier since 5-8 years i feel birds chirping in my ear and some hearing loss also.

Do hearing test(audiometry'and tympanometry') to rule out any sensory neural hearing loss..for pain in the ears you can take systemic decongestant for few days..i would recommend to visit an ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment...as without physical check up diagnosis can't be 100% correct..
