I keep coughing all the time and my throat is paining severely. I can't swallow solid foods. Besides this, my head hurts all the time.

We have to exclude sinonasal pathology and gastro oesophageal reflux for cough.' Can't swallow solid food' needs more evaluations.. like barium swallow x-ray.. better to consult an ENT specialist for assessment...
