My age is 28. My TSH count in recent test was 14. How i need to proceed in terms of treatment and diet?

I've been facing Tinnitus since 6 months.I consulted a fam. doctor near to our location.Doctor gave medicines and suggested audiologist.He checked & told I've minimal hearing loss.Again I went to hospital next time then doctor told that it's not cured with using medicines and suggested that do not think about Tinnitus.now it is increasing.solution
