Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have lump right side of neck under jaw,there is no pain but sometimes irritation only, is it normal ?

I have been having continueously running nose and watery eyes past few days.and some time sneeze heavily.

I am having moderate right earache with some hearing loss since last night. Can sense swelling and increased pressure in the ear. Do I need to show to the ENT or just take painkillers?

I GOT WET COUGH FROM 5 DAYS. TODAY MORNING WHEN I SPAT COUGH THERE WAS BLOOD IN IT. I HAVE QUITED SMOKING SINCE 20 DAYS. pLASE SUGGEST

I have been having cold for last couple of months. Consulted some doctors. Tablets give temporary relief. But whenever I go out on bike and temperature is slightly cooler I get heavy cold because of wind hitting my face. I sneeze a lot nose gets runny and blocked. Teeth and area above pain slightly. I keep my ears covered with cotton and drink warm water. I am looking for proper diagnosis for this problem.

I've been having a runny nose for a few days now along with severe throat pain. I am inhaling steam and doing the basics to get better.

I have been itching in my both ears. one of my ear got surgery and i am having thyroid problem also. I am taking medicines but not getting any relief

One day after taking shower my left ear was partially blocked 2 days ago. Now some yellowish liquid keeps coming out from my left ear and can't hear properly from my left ear.

Sir i am 29 year old male.i have a swollen submandibular gland on the left side .its pain less and mobile .recently noticed this.i got ultrasound done and the reports said reactive lymphadenopathy of submandibular gland.i have been prescribed with amox&potasim clavamate.
