Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Age around 90 years hears music all The time In ears,hearing problem is there but the major concern is music sound throughout the day which is getting the patient into depression

I think I have strep throat but I don't have my tonsils. I used to get strep throat a lot but I got my tonsils taken out when I was 8.

I've had lymph node swelling problem since 5 days.I checked up with ENT doctor and he asked me to perform ASO/CSO TITRE , USG and FNAC.Serology,immunology except haematology is not okay.My basophil,eosinophils and ESR are 00,00 and 21 respectively.By USG test,Doctor told 'Few subcentimeter lymph nodes in the left side of neck.'Is everything okay ?
