Pain on my left inner ear
I have a severe ear pain on my left inner ear. Currently reside in UK for last two months. I have the pain for more than 3 days and  used ore ear drops to remove excessive wax but today morning i got a severe pain  and got dizziness and fell down suddenly on the floor. Took DOLO650 for temporarily to reduce pain and  here in NHS i have DR's appointment tomorrow they have given IBUPROFEN pain killer temporary purpose till tomorrow. so could you please suggest me what do to now and Is it really serious if I get a dizziness because of the ear pain?

You might be suffering from acute otitis media which is a common type of ear infection. Usually it is very painful to start with and pressure because of pus in ear can cause giddiness. You need to take antibiotics and painkillers. Usually with good antibiotics symptoms will come under control
