If I have the septoplasty treatment for DNS, after some days, can the ENT specialist recognise that the person has undergo with septoplasty in nose for DNS.?

Usually septoplasty scars are not visible after few weeks. But good ENT specialist can recognize signs of undergoing septoplasty. There is no way anyone can guess the competency of ENT surgeon who will be examining you
