Does DNS Come back in some years After septoplasty... Pls suggest is septoplasty worth it... I tried all medication by ent doctor

Dns dnt come back. But if there is any hypertrophied turbinate or polyp or any issues cect nose pns , blood for ur,cr have to be done.

Septum generally grows till age of 16years years or so So if septoplasty done after this age no issue of growing back of DNS
