Reactive lymphoid hyperplasia means lymph nodes in the neck have enlarged due to infection in the draining area of Head and Neck. They can occur due to throat, teeth, scalp infections. There are many other causes too. Once antibiotics are started pain will subside first then size of lymph nodes will reduce over time of one month
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
