Hello Doctor ,I came with my grandmother day before yesterday, for ear and throat checkup, she has started having mild pain in her right ear ,the same ear which had wax , and also having mild pain below that ear , in the throat ,upon touching that throat area. Please suggest something.

Supraclavicular lump
I have a lump in my left supraclavicular fossa. I am able to move it up and down by tensing what I assume are the muscles in this area. When I tense the lump becomes hard and immobile.
I do not have the same problem or lump on the right hand side.
