Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

It started this Thursday when it was itching in ear.. Next day some liquid came from ear.. Today its having little pain . Please suggest what to do.

Sir i had used mometasone nasal spray in wrong way now i have side effects of mometasone like rash, itching, swelling in face throat nose tongue and upper teeths also dizziness head ache
