Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

It's really get worse at night nose is one side choked and sore throat goes on all day what's its cure?

Continuous sneezing happens when comes with contact of dust. Even eye becomes watery.

I have allergy from dust ,cold,fogg ,whenever climate up and down I constantly sneezing could you suggest me what I do now
