Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have breathing problem, taken homeopathy, felt some relief but still problem persist. the problem is from last 6 months

Sometimes when exposed to very loud noise like high volume music, or high noise of horns of vehicles at jams then I have a little buzzing sound in ears..what can be the reason? How to get rid of it?

I got TSH 5.7 and doctor suggested me thyronorm 25 mcg. And then day after to confirm I got TSH 3.7 in different diagnostic center. I got check up as I had less menstrual period which lasts only 1 and half day. This is there since 3 years. Previously to that I got 3 days. I am on gardinal 30 MG. My prolactin levels are normal. Should I start thyronorm or consult again with other doctor.
