Running nose itching, soarness in throat

Running nose, there are small bumps in my throat,itching in nose, headache, watery eyes,i am an allergy patient since 3 yrs. i saw a doctor about a month ago , he concluded it was chest allergy although after completing the course the symptoms again appear

Definitely its Allergic Rhinitis. Best is to find out whats trigerring those symptoms and try to avoid it.
