Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been hearing a echo sound in my left ear for last one and half months

My Right side ear is paining , even after opening my Jaw Right side is having pain

Which doctor is correct for post nasal drip allergetic cough? ENT or pulmonologist ? I am having severe cough.

Since yesterday I have been facing some problem in my right ear....I guess wax accumulation.... there is a blockage....is there any home therapy

I have a sore throat and I keep getting it every few months because of dust and sinusitis, it stays for a week or so, is it fine to drink cold water or eat ice cream? I mostly drink lot of hot water with salt, doesn't seem to help.

I sleep with my mouth open which is because as Dr lunavat said I have nasal rihnosis issue which after medicines and nasal spray dint help me.Can u please look into my case.
