Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I got TSH 5.7 and doctor suggested me thyronorm 25 mcg. And then day after to confirm I got TSH 3.7 in different diagnostic center. I got check up as I had less menstrual period which lasts only 1 and half day. This is there since 3 years. Previously to that I got 3 days. I am on gardinal 30 MG. My prolactin levels are normal. Should I start thyronorm or consult again with other doctor.

I acquired cough and cold last Thursday. As I was travelling back home last Friday, I experienced some kind of ear blockage sensation during plane landing. I tried releasing pressure by yawning but it wont come off. Until today, I still can feel that there is something in my ear and can hear some popping sound when I swallow or blow my nose.
