Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My 2.9 years Son had a continues cold from 3 months. we have been using medicines and consulted 3 pediatricians. But no use. recently we consulted on doctor and he suspecting that he had an Adenoids and it has to be removed thru surgery. But we are little concerned about surgery as he is not even 3 years old. Please advise and suggest the best approch.

I have had slight throat pain while swallowing and cough from yesterday . I had been eating outside food.

Irritating in throat and allopathic medicine are not useful .Coughing increase in night as head down on pillow Coughing increase can not sleep all the night.it started with fever and cold.

I had an operation of my nose in January as it was blocked with turbinates & bone enlargement due to dust allergy. The operation was not a lazer but a normal one . The doctor operated from my left nose . The swelling has not yet gone . I had medications post operation for 2-3 months and complained my doctor but he did not bother . What do i do ? its been more than a year n half . It does not look swollen , i dont feel its normal when i touch it . Its like less sensitive when i pin it .

I have been having allergic rhinitis for many years. I visit doctor every month doctor near me. Past 3 months i could not visit. Now i have runny nose and one side of nose has blocked completed. I also have itching inside nose. So could you please tell me immediate solution for stop runny nose?

I am getting ear pain when I get hichki I am having some ear problem from one year when I used cotton buds last year

Dear Dr. Small Tonsils stone and lack of saliva (dry mouth) cause of acid reflux ? If yes then i hve dry mouth and tonsils stone problem. no fever,cold,any pain or anything i visit different ENT 2-3 times but it doesn't solve :(. And yes i hve acid reflux almost daily. Please tell me which treatment u recommend me?

Hi, I am coughing for 1 month. coughing increase in dusty place or Under AC and before sleep at night. am trying to protect myself from those. my CBC test shows ESR value 20 mm in 1st hour, CXR-PA View is normal, RBS 6.07, Total IGE 51.5. My age 26 years, male. doctors suggest me to take montelukast 10 mg daily, and inhale 2 puff azmasol (salbutamol sulphate BP) for 4 times daily. Does it severe? is it possible to reduce ESR within 20 mm/hour, then how? any query, let me know.
