Residual dizziness
Hello, I had a middle ear infection that spread into the inner ear, its cured now but there is dead bacteria, that will not absorb, ive waited a lot of months if it will absorb but it didnt. Is there a way I can make it go away by myself or do I have to neccessarily visit an ENT specialist? Are there perhaps some ear drops that could dissolve it or nasal spray or something? Thank you for your help.

According your history it seems like you have suffered from labyrenthitis. Usually after an appropriate course of antibiotics all the bacteria will die and there is nothing called as dead bacteria staying inside inner ear. It is. Common to have balance problems and mild. Dizziness after labyrenthitis which may persist for many months. You need to do regular vestibular rehabilitation exercises for faster recovery
Next Steps
