Ear perforation
I've having ear perforation for last 7 month's.after consulting a doctor.... I've having no pain or infection till now bt ear drum hole is unclosed yet... can I do yoga despite of having this problem for perforation treatment...? Does ear perforation heals gradually if there is good care of ear inside..plz help help help..

If the ear is dry. .no pain or infection.
1. Perforation can heal by itself
2. All types of exercises including yoga can be done. Only thing is to avoid swimming.
