  4. Pain above jaw and numbing in left ear.

Pain above jaw and numbing in left ear
Hi I also have a certain numbing pain above my jaw and a little numbing yet aching in my left ear ! I reckon it's an ear infection ! Also I have hard dry ear wax ! Would cipla's Clearwater drop help ?

U need to remove wax after using drops.
