Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have pain in my ear for 5 days... Doctor suggested it's impacted wax.. suggest me what to do ? I am using soliwax.

Running nose, eye burning ,feverish feeling , nose block, by the time of waking up it is fine, as the day progresses these symptoms shows up.

I m suffering from pain in my neck since yesterday. The is similar to swollen tonsils, but this is only on the right side. I had a cold few days back. Took one CALPOL 650mg. I have not yet taken any medication for the pain. I m having difficulty swallowing anything. I tried gargle few times but no effect. Kindly help. Thanks in advance.
