Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have sore throat for 3 weeks continous i take antibiitics fir 12 days continous no relief what can i do now

I feel ringing in my ears and my eyes start to water when I am in a conversation with someone or in a argument

Constant itching in ear .feels as if their is no wax left in ear. I even wake up in night due to itchy feeling..no pain or liquid coming from ears just plain itching...tried using solve wax to soften ear wax but that also didn't work

Hello. I'm having this throbbing sensation in my right ear and right upper jaw since a couple of days. There has been no problem with chewing food or yawning. However, I feel like something is there in my ear which is irritating at once and also has reduced the hearing a little bit. Any advice on this would be helpful. Thanks.
