Dear Sir/Mam, Recently started working as Faculty. I have to speak continuously to minimum 5 to 6 hrs. So I am having throat pain daily. Once I speak more it gets worsen.Some days I couldn't eat.On leave days it is less. Medicines like Erythromycin didn't help more. So what can I do for getting out of this problem ? I've been experiencing a sticky, sometimes dry throat everyday. At first, my throat was dry then to keep it out of dryness I swallow my saliva to moisten it but my throat turns sticky and then I feel like I am puking whenever I speak or talk.
